Product Import Fields
Products can be imported into your shop with a CSV file which can often be downloaded from other platforms or can be manually created.
PLEASE NOTE
- Categories are currently not supported for import. They must be assigned afterwards.
- Options/Variations can not be imported
- Please remove any links or reference to other marketplaces
- If selling downloadable products the files need to be added to the product after import
Below is a list of fields that can be imported through the Meekono import function:
Product Code / SKU#
This field is mandatory, and its value must be unique for each product. It can contain numbers, letters, or their combinations (up to 32 symbols).
NOTE: If no SKU# is assigned then Meekono will auto-create a SKU#
EXAMPLE: B0002OG6NY
If the value of the field is equal to any existing product code, the imported data will replace the data for that product.
Price
The price of the product in your store. It must be in 0.00 format.
EXAMPLE: 1600.00
List price
The recommended price (i.e. MSRP) of the product. This shows the "Old price" and "You save:" on the product page.
EXAMPLE: 1750.00
Status
NOTE: We recommend setting your imported products to DISABLED (D) so that you can clean them up further after importing without them being active in the marketplace.
The status of the product:
- A—active—the product appears live in Meekono.
- H—hidden—the product doesn’t appear live in Meekono. You can view it via direct link and can share it for custom orders.
- D—disabled—the product appears only in the Seller Dashboard

Quantity
The amount of this product that you have in stock.
EXAMPLE: 50
Weight
The weight of the product.
EXAMPLE: 20.25
Downloadable
- Y—the product is downloadable.
- N—the product is not downloadable.
EXAMPLE: Y
Inventory tracking
- B—track the number of products in stock.
- D—do not track the number of products in stock. Unlimited stock.
EXAMPLE: D
Free shipping
- Y—the product is shipped for free
- N—the product isn’t shipped for free and will always be taken into account for shipping cost calculation.

Product Images
Map all images to the "Advanced Import: Images (Product images)" field for importing.
The path (or paths) to product images.

Product name
The name of the product, which can contain up to 255 symbols.
Description
The full description of the product.
NOTE: Not all emojis are supported in Meekono. If your description has emojis the entire description may not import.
EXAMPLE: Sterling silver wrap self esteem ring - hand stamped with "I am enough" yummy lavender, and sprinkled with hearts. You can also have tiny butterflies, no hearts, more than one lavender - it's custom and truly personalized so let me know how you want your ring! The sky is the limit!
Meta keywords
The meta keywords of the product, which can contain up to 255 symbols; used for SEO purposes.
EXAMPLE: rose necklace, valentines day necklace, love jewelry

Search words
The list of search words for the product. A product with search words can be found through the Meekono search bar.

A short promo text displayed on the product page.
